These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Xalith Breno through zentroviahub.com. You agree to notify us immediately at support@zentroviahub.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use our intellectual property beyond what is explicitly stated. Any unauthorized use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

6. User-Generated Content

The platform may allow users to submit questions, comments, feedback, or other content during live sessions or through interactive features. By submitting any content, you grant Xalith Breno a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe upon any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion without notice.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

9.1 Fees

Certain features, webinars, or programs on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

9.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms associated with each purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable once access to the relevant content or session has been granted. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@zentroviahub.com within 7 days of your purchase.

9.3 Subscription Cancellation

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Xalith Breno regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
